Beautiful Bride, beautiful venue, beautiful day, the wedding of Claire and Jonathan. It was so great to finally meet them both at the studios and have a chance to get to know them a little better before the big event at the breathtaking Finca la Concepcion, seem familiar?, think Jamiroquai video. A cloudless sky awaited everyone and after a moving ceremony from Andrew Hunter, everyone was treated to cocktails and canapes by the pool before a sumptuous feast provided by Alex and the team.
The party was entering full swing by the time we left and am sure it went on long into the night! thanks so much for making us all feel so welcome and sharing your day, really hope you enjoy all the images a few faves below and of course the SLIDESHOW

Oh what a wedding! Katie and Didi got in touch last year from Hong Kong and it was so great to finally meet them a few days prior to the big day. A new venue is always something I really relish and this stunning Villa near Marbella was the perfect background for a wedding of family and close friends. Villa wedding s really provide a fantastic intimacy and it was such a great day to be a part of, another bonus was the venue was new to me so it provided me with that feeling I love shooting somewhere new.
Really hope you enjoy the images and slideshow guys, thanks again for letting me share the day. Click here to view the slideshow

At the end of last month Jose and I travelled to the eagerly anticipated wedding of Jo and Greg in Barcelona, we met up with everyone on the Friday evening and capturing some images of the evening party and of the course the fabulous salsa from Jo and Greg. The wedding took place in a seriously amazing venue about 45 mins out of Barcelona called La Baronia , we are fortunate to work in many stunning venues but this really was breathtaking.
The wedding had everything, a beautiful emotional ceremony, a wonderful cocktail party and a sumptuous dinner in the main hall, followed by dancing under the stars, we were even treated to an impromptu version of the “Haka” from the large Kiwi contingent, truly terrifying
( see slideshow )
On the Sunday we were really lucky to be able to spend a little time in Park Guell before dashing back to the airport, a big thanks to Jose it was a real pleasure to work with such a professional again although his sat nav reading is questionable at times.
Jo herself is a photographer Jo Cush Photography so I was all the more honoured to capture such a special day. I really hope the images and slideshow speak for themselves but I must say a huge thanks to Di for all her help and planning, also to the team at Catalan Weddings and of course all the guests that made us feel so welcome.
Thanks again guys for such a wonderful experience one I will never forget. If you would like to view the slideshow from this wedding please click Slideshow

Well about a month ago now when the dreaded ash could was looming over Europe it was time for a drive, a long drive, 2200km to be exact but worth every km. Abigail a great friend of Kyle and Evan´s got in touch over a year ago, and like all destination weddings it was an adventure, but I will spare you the advise on the pro´s and con´s motorway sandwiches. The drive there was boring to say the least but the venue of Paco de Calheiros complete with its own Count was breathtaking, also with its own vines and amazing panoramas of the Lima valley.
After shooting a few images of the rehearsal dinner the night before the wedding I awoke to very very grey skies and rain
. As the preparation continued ( Wendy and Jill you did make me laugh you two are hilarious ) the cloud remained and it drizzled and drizzled, 5 minutes before we were supposed to start Kyle had to make a call, and it was OUTSIDE no matter what, Keep Calm and Carry On. About 2 minutes before Kyle took the short walk to the ceremony the rain stopped and the sun came out, after the brisk ceremony we dashed of for a few images before it was back for the party, fireworks
, and setting fire to the kitchen ( image below ) we were treated to what had to be a professional group of wedding dancers!!!! The rest of the evening was, I gather much like the rest of the week in Portugal one big party!, I can´t thank you both and Abigail and all of you wonderful family and friends for really making me feel so welcome, hope you enjoy a few that caught my eye below and the slideshow above, and the other 600 images
Thanks again.

Is it 911 or 999 or ?? You just keep chatting to the waiter Evan…..

Where to begin? The amazing story of Tammy and Cameron. I could go on for pages but I will try and tell a little part of their story with a few of their images that follow. On 25th July 1956 the SS Andrea Doria collided with the eastward-bound MS Stockholm of the Swedish American Line in what became one of history’s most infamous maritime disasters. 1660 passengers and crew were rescued and survived, while 46 people died as a consequence of the collision. The evacuated luxury liner capsized and sank the following morning.
Sadly Cameron´s parents where 2 of the 46 that died on the SS Andrea Doria after boarding the vessel in Gibraltar.
Tammy contacted me from LA a few months ago and we jumped at the chance to try and tell what was a very emotional story. The ceremony took place at Mons Calpe we all arrived in one piece as for the first time I was chauffeur! Along with Jenny as navigator, think you can see my ear in one of the images below
. You might also notice Cameron is not big on heights or Monkeys.
After the ceremony we drove down to Europa point where Cameron threw the bouquet in memory of his parents which was an incredible emotional moment.
Thanks so much for allowing us to be a part of the day guys and hope the images and slideshow bring back some memories from the day.

Love this one from Jennifer, even has my ear in it.
